By accessing and using the Giostdisna website ("Service") operated by Giostdisna ("us," "we," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed necessary by Giostdisna.

Workshop and Event Terms

Registration and Payment

Workshop and event registration requires advance payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Giostdisna.

Cancellation Policy

• By Participants: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event for a partial refund (75% of fees paid)
• By Giostdisna: If we cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future events
• Weather/Emergency: Outdoor events may be rescheduled due to weather or emergency conditions

Liability and Safety

Participants in workshops and events do so at their own risk. Giostdisna is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during events. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Prohibited Content

• Spam, promotional content, or unauthorized advertising
